Frank Cavallaro

Chief Executive Officer

Frank brings to Converge more than 20 years of experience in electronic component distribution and supply chain services. With domain expertise in sales, marketing and operations management, Frank has a cross-functional approach and global business acumen that are fundamental in successfully driving the strategic direction of Converge and in building a customer-driven, value-focused company.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Frank held several key management roles at Converge, including chief operating officer, vice president and general manager, and vice president of global sales.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and legal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and currently sits on the board of the Independent Distributors of Electronics Association.


Kevin J Harney

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kevin joined Converge in 2000 and leads global financial operations and strategy. He has more than 20 years of progressive financial experience in public accounting and the private sector. Kevin has a diverse background in managing accounting, finance and corporate matters at both domestic and international companies. His experience includes acquisitions, financing, tax and intellectual property. Kevin is also responsible for IT, legal and corporate governance matters at Converge.

Prior to joining Converge, Kevin held a number of senior financial management positions, including director of finance at Catholic Healthcare West and audit manager at Ernst & Young.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting from Santa Clara University and a master’s in health services administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.


Eric Checkoway

General Manager, North American Trade

Eric has more than 15 years of sales experience in the distribution of electronic components, technology products and supply chain services, and he is responsible for driving Converge’s revenue opportunities in the Americas. With a proven track record of developing and executing complex sales programs, Eric is responsible for ensuring that the sales organization understands and clearly articulates Converge’s unique selling proposition to our customers, partners and stakeholders.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

 


Jesper Romell

General Manager, EMEA & APAC

Jesper has more than 15 years of sales expertise in the distribution of electronic components, technology products and supply chain services, and he is responsible for driving Converge’s revenue opportunities throughout Europe and Asia. With an impressive background of building sales teams and implementing multifaceted programs, Jesper is responsible for leading and growing the Converge sales teams in Europe and Asia.

Previous to his advancement to general manager, EMEA & APAC, Jesper held several key management roles at Converge, including managing director of the Swedish office and director of Trade in Amsterdam.

Jesper holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salem State College.


Chris Adam

IT Asset Disposition Services

Chris brings more than 15 years of sales account management and operations experience to Converge. As the visionary behind Converge’s IT asset disposition and remarketing division, Chris has dedicated the past four years to developing and executing business strategies to strengthen and grow IT asset disposition and remarketing services within Converge’s overall business portfolio of value-added services.

Previously, Chris held numerous positions at Converge in sales management and account management. Additional experience includes sales management at R.W. Electronics, Cable and Wireless, and CellularOne.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston College.


John Borrelli

Director, Reverse Supply Chain Solutions

John brings more than 15 years of experience in sales account management and problem solving know-how to Converge. As director of Converge’s reverse supply chain solutions division, John is responsible for the divisions overall growth and strategic direction - helping companies optimize their reverse supply chain to intelligently redeploy materials and streamline inventory management.

Since joining Converge in 1992, John has held a number of key positions within the organization in sales, purchasing and management. John brings to the organization unique insight and background in solutions development in the reverse logistics and supply chain services industry.

 


Mark B. Romanowski

Marketing Director

Mark joins Converge with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in strategy development and execution of marketing communications programs in both B2B and B2C environments. He has a diverse background in programs execution and is responsible for overseeing all corporate-wide marketing, strategy development and implementation of communications programs.

Prior to joining Converge, Mark spent 10 years as marketing director at TÜV SÜD America Inc., designing and executing global communications programs. Additional experience includes marketing and sales positions with Philip Morris, Frito Lay, and numerous marketing and PR agencies.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and a master’s in business administration from Babson College.
