Karima Belkadi began at Converge as a memory buyer. Now a purchasing manager, Karima collaborates with suppliers throughout Europe and North America and oversees the entire EMEA distribution buying team. Containing over 15 years of experience as a buyer, she has heavily improved working relationships between the purchasing and other departments in the business. Additionally, Karima has revamped the buying process to enable growth and development opportunities for her team.
